Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a “Borderlands” game at the end of the day, no matter what. And just like Borderlands games, Wonderlands also has Legendary Weapons, Gear and Spells. These Legendaries are, in no way, easy to find. And, if you do not have any idea about where to look for them, you might end up wandering the huge open world of Wonderlands, aimlessly.
In this article, I am taking a look at the Spellblade melee weapon in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Let’s check out what it is, and where you can farm for it.
Spellblade Legendary – Description
Spellblade is a Melee weapon of the Legendary or Orange Rarity in Wonderlands. There are different variations of this Spellblade in the game and the prefix and suffix of this melee weapon change depending upon the card that you get. It is a Swifft Weapon, and it comes with all the elements. This weapon deals with spell damage instead of melee damage and the melee attacks also increase the spell critical chance by 80% for 6 seconds. You can pair this up with anybody, especially the Spellshot to buff up your spell damage.
This is a Swifft weapon, so the Swing Speed is very high on this one. This is not a bad melee weapon if you have already run with a Spell build. It works well for a normal build as well. Since the Swing speed is high you can melee your enemies multiple times to deal more damage and have better chances of getting a critical hit. If you are running with a Spellshot this is the best melee weapon that you can use.

How to get Spellblade in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
To get or farm the Spellblade you have to go to the Positive Headspace at Karnok’s Wall. Once you reach there, head over to the boss’s location as marked on the map. The Spellblade melee weapon drops off from the boss called the Son of a Witch. This is one of the toughest bosses that you will encounter in the game.
Son of a Witch is a boss of the Witch type, and got ranged spells, regenerative abilities and close-range attacks. There are two phases of this battle. In the first phase, the boss will shoot blue skull projectiles and those blue skills if hit will take off your entire ward and some amount of health as well. Once you deplete the boss’s ward bar with continuous attacks, the second phase will start where the boss will summon a spirit wyvern to restore ward and that will include you dealing more damage. Stay alert when the boss has stopped casting his spells, start shooting with whatever you have in your inventory.
Not every run guarantees a Spellblade, but it is fairly easy to get if you are on higher levels.
