Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is Borderlands, but with an “RPG-like” approach. And it is now finally available across all the major gaming platforms. Of course, the game is not as popular as the core Borderlands games. But, it looks like the fans don’t mind, as Wonderlands looks and feels just like a borderlands title.
Anyway, just like Borderlands games, Wonderlands also has Legendary Weapons and Gear. These Legendaries are, in no way, easy to find. And, if you do not have any idea about where to look for them, your mind ends up wandering the huge open world of Wonderlands, endlessly.
In this article, I am taking a look at the Slammin’ Salmon in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Let’s check out what it is, and where you can farm for it.
Slammin’ Salmon – Description
Slammin’ Salmon is a Melee weapon of the Legendary or Orange Rarity in Wonderlands. There are different variations of this Slammin’ Salmon Melee weapon and the prefix and suffix of this weapon change depending upon the card that you get. It is a Bonk Weapon, and it comes with the Poison Element only. When you slam the salmon fish against an enemy it will deal with a poison status effect which can stack up to 5 times.
The melee weapon applies a guaranteed poison status effect on your opponent and every time you hit the damage gets multiplied, and you can stack up to five times the normal damage when you use this weapon to slam enemies. It is an excellent melee weapon to deal continuous damage. But you should always carry a melee build if you are planning to take the Slammin Salmon into the higher levels. It is a good melee weapon for a new Wonderlands Player or a Chaos 0 Run.

How to get Slammin’ Salmon in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
To get or farm the Slammin’ Salmon Legendary melee weapon in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, you have to go to Recent beach in Wargtooth Shallows. Once you reach there, head straight over to the Obelisk as shown in the picture. Now to complete the Obelisk and make the boss spawn, you would have to fight a bunch of enemies until a point where the Obelisk gets destroyed. The Great Wight boss will spawn from the Obelisk itself and taking him down will get you the Slammin Salmon Legendary Weapon drop.
The Great Wight as the name suggests is a shark who continues to dive into the ground, and you have to wait for him to pop up again and that’s when you can hit him. Taking him down is an easy task to do especially if you are carrying a ‘fire build’ for your character as it affects the flesh directly. The boss itself is not hard but the enemies that spawn along with him can be a bit of a pain to deal with. Also, not every run guarantees a Slammin Salmon Weapon, but it is fairly easy to get if you are on higher levels.
