Meldspar Ore MHR Sunbreak – Action role-playing game (ARPG) Monster Hunter Rise was created and released by Capcom and initially intended for the Nintendo Switch. In March 2021, a global release of the Monster Hunter series’ sixth mainline episode took place, and finally, in January of 2022, a Microsoft Windows variant was made available for us windows players looking to explore the lands of Monster Hunter via their PCs, quite a good decision, eh?
About the Resources in the game: Just like its predecessor, Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak will demand you to locate and gather numerous resources in order to upgrade your hunting and adventuring gear.
Bring these materials back to Elgado Outpost, so the smithy may use them to make equipment for your travels and hunting expeditions. One such resource is called Meldspar Ore, which can be difficult to locate even though it isn’t as rare as the region-specific Sapphirons or the extremely rare Ultimas Crystals.
How to obtain the Meldspar Ore you ask? We’ve got you covered.
How to get Meldspar Ore in MHR Sunbreak
You can get Meldspar Ore from White Mining Outcrops and Blue Mining Outcrops in high-level areas. First off, lower-rank locations do not contain mineral outcrops of Meldspar Ore. You must play the game a tad bit more to unlock Master Rank regions if you’re still at a considerably low level.
Additionally, you must have at least three points in the “Geologist” skill category. This enables you to pick the greatest mining outcrops and identify upsurges in them.
Up to 12 Meldspar Ores may be found in a single mining deposit with a good increase. Ideally, we advise using Expedition Mode if you want to farm it all at once.
To make it easier for you to spot these ores in the background, they also have a faint orange glow. Now that we’ve made that clear, there are a few ideal locations you can look at in the game in order to find Meldspar Ore:
- Flooded Forests – White Mining Outcrops are scattered all around here, so you probably won’t have difficulties trying to look around for them here. The Pyramid near Area has plenty of those. Use your Wirebug to climb it.
- The Citadel – The same goes for the Citadel, specifically, you should be looking at the northeast/northwest of the Citadel to find them in ample amounts, to sustain your requirements.
There isn’t one specific location we can point out, so, we’d suggest you go around looking for these and hope to come around some of them.
