The sequel to the original Warzone, Warzone 2.0 is finally out, as a part of Modern Warfare 2’s 2022 version, and we’ve got to say, man oh man the weapon choices in this one.
We like to categorize these weapons into two categories, unlockable weapons, and findable weapons. When we talk about the findable category, one such weapon that’s “findable” is the M13B.
There’s actually more than one way to unlock it, so in this guide by Frondtech, we’ll be covering different methods to get the M13B and how you can achieve it, starting with a little bit about the weapon:
What is M13B in Warzone 2
The M13B is an assault rifle in MW2/Warzone 2.0. It has a considerably high rate of fire, and as a cherry on top, there’s low recoil.
It’s a pretty good choice for a beginner after the M4, but with the right loadout for it, you could be looking at your new favorite.
How to get M13B in Warzone 2
So as we mentioned before, there are two ways you can get the M13B: purchase it straight out of the call of duty in-game store or loot it in the DMZ game mode.
If you’re okay with spending a bit of money and getting your hands on the M13B, you could purchase it from the storefront. However, as of today, it isn’t available.
It was, however mentioned in the official blog that it will be coming to the store in the near future, so patience would be key. On the other hand, there’s the free way to get the M13B. This can be done in the DMZ game mode, more on it below:
Chemist Location in DMZ Warzone 2
In the DMZ mode’s map, there’s a particular NPC called the Chemist. You’ll be able to locate him in the radiated zone, and first things first, you’ll need a gas mask to enter the radiated zone. We’ll attach a picture of where exactly you could find the Chemist down below:
He is guaranteed to spawn at the Radiation Area of the map, so search thoroughly when you are at the location.
What you’ll need to do when you locate the NPC, is to engage in combat with him and emerge victorious. Once you’ve taken him down, he’ll drop a blueprint to the M13B. A piece of advice for you guys is that you should probably carry a ranged weapon to engage in combat with the Chemist. AI in Warzone 2’s DMZ mod usually struggle at ranged combat.
Let’s say you’re done with the above steps. Another essential for you would be to exfil out of the map, as are the rules of the DMZ game mode. If you cannot make it out of there, this will not count.

Once you’ve successfully exfil’d the blueprint with you, all you need to do is to head to the armory, choose the weapon blueprint and equip it.
