How to Get Liquid Cooling Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands

Liquid Cooling Wonderlands – Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is Borderlands, but with an “RPG-like” approach. And it is now finally available across all the major gaming platforms. Of course, the game is not as popular as the core Borderlands games. But, it looks like that the fans don’t mind, as Wonderlands looks and feels just like a borderlands title.

Anyway, just like Borderlands games, Wonderlands also has Legendary Weapons and Gear. These Legendaries are, in no way, easy to find. And, if you do not have any idea about where to look for them, your mind ends up wandering the huge open world of Wonderlands, endlessly.

In this article, I am taking a look at the Liquid Cooling in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Let’s check out what it is, and where you can farm for it.

Liquid Cooling – Description

Liquid Cooling is a Pistol of the Legendary or Orange Rarity in Wonderlands. It is one of the best Legendary weapons you can farm in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, besides the Masterwork Handbow and the Ruby’s Spite. This “SKULDUGGER” Pistol is extremely powerful and is definitely a must-have for every Spore Warden, Stabbomancer, and Brr-Zerker.

So what is so special about the Liquid Cooling you ask? Well, it is a SKULDUGGER weapon, which means it “heats up” and has an unlimited magazine size. But what makes this pistol OP, is the fact that as long as you are hitting Critical Hits, you can shoot unlimited shots, and don’t have to worry about the weapon overheating or breaking. Now imagine pairing this with the “From the Shadows” ability of the Stabbomancer. To be honest, I got this weapon the first time, when I was level 29, and it carried me to Level 40 with ease. There is also a x2 version of the Liquid Cooling. And if you manage to get that. Oof! Lord have mercy!

There are several variations of these Liquid Cooling, and the prefix and suffix of this weapon will change depending upon the card that you get. This weapon will always be Cryo. The variants I have seen so far are: Boinking Liquid Cooling of Nerves, Liquid Cooling of Impatience, Burgeoning Liquid Cooling of Impatience, Frosting Liquid Cooling of Nerves, Snowballing Liquid Cooling of Impatience.

I managed to get a Volatile version of a Level 40 Liquid Cooling. Here are the stats:

  • Manufacturer : SKULDUGGER
  • Damage : 978
  • Accuracy : 57%
  • Handling : 60%
  • Repair Time : ~3.0s
  • Fire Rate : 8.89/s
  • Shots To Break: -2
  • Red Text : Works great until it doesn’t.

Liquid Cooling - Tiny Tina's Wonderlands

How to Get Liquid Cooling in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands

You can get or farm the Liquid Cooling from the Ancient Obelisk at the Crackmast Cove. Just Fast Travel to Crackmast Cove – Scallywag Landing, and make your way towards the Obelisk.

You need to activate the Obelisk, and eliminate all the enemies that spawn, first. And then eliminate the mini-boss Lissia, Iron-Wrought. So, basically you can get the Liquid Cooling as a drop from the Lissia. The drop rate is extremely low at the lower levels, though. Consider yourself lucky, if you manage to get even one. After farming for an hour at level 40(Chaos 0), I managed to get only one. So, I would suggest that you wait until you reach higher levels, and then go for the farming.

Here is the exact location where you can Farm Liquid Cooling:

Liquid Cooling Location - Tiny Tina's Wonderlands

Spawn at Scallywag Landing, open your Map and zoom-out, and you will be able to spot this location quite easily, and make your way towards the Obelisk. The Obelisk is actually at the area behind the waterfall.

Beating Lissia is not that hard, to be honest. You can easily spot her, as she is one of those “serpent-like” enemies, but with a yellow health bar. Eliminate the enemies near her first, and then focus on her at the end. I was using my Queen’s Cry, and I was taking her down in like 2 seconds. Rinse and repeat, until you get the drop.

Lissia Boss - Tiny Tina's Wonderlands

Now, it is true that the Liquid Cooling is a dedicated drop from Lissia. But, you can also get the weapon as a World Drop. I didn’t actually get my first Liquid Cooling from Lissia. I got it from the Skeleton Chest, using a Skeleton Key. In fact, you can get this weapon, as a random drop, from a random boss. So keep farming.
