Icium MHR Sunbreak – The new Sunbreak Expansion in Monster Hunter Rise features a new hub area called the Elgado Outpost. The expansion brings new enemies, monsters, and a better set of missions and quests. The game also updated its camera features and introduced the all-new Switch skill swap techniques. How to get Icium in MHR Sunbreak

You can get Icium by mining outcrops in the Frost Islands. Remember, the Icium is available on both low-rank and high-ranked frost Islands. You will have to specifically mine the white and the blue outcrops in the whole area to get the Icium. You can also get Icium by mining the Ore Nodes in the lower rank Meowcenaries. The mining locations are marked on the map.

If you want to farm Icium while doing quests, then you can do these High Rank 1 Hub Quests like the Hot Topic Hooligans, No Cure for the Common Baggi, and Jumped in the Forest Islands. On completing these missions, you will have a 50% chance of getting the Icium. Try attempting the High Rank 2 Village Quests like “Hmm, Not so Tasty…, Out Cold”, “A Frosty Paradise” and “Plump & Juicy”. Once you complete these quests, you will have 50% chance of getting the Icium.

Uses of Icium in MHR Sunbreak

The Icium Metal is primarily used as a forging Material in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak. The ore is used mainly to craft early Master Rank weapons and armour.
