To get Hydro Piel, you must take down Ludroth, the monster. Carving Ludroth will give you a maximum of 68% chance of getting Hydro Piel in MHR Sunbreak.

Ludroth can be found in two locations: Flooded Forest and Lava Caverns.

1. Flooded Forest
   
   You can farm Ludroth once you get to the numbered areas. It would help if you also looked out for the Ludroth Outbreak in the areas marked in red. During the Outbreak, the Ludroth appeared more in the marked locations, which was the best time to farm for them.
2. Lava Caverns
   
   You can farm Ludroth once you get to the numbered areas. It would help if you also looked out for the Rachnoid or Uroktor Outbreak in the Lava Caverns on the site marked in red. During these Outbreaks, the Ludroth appears more on the marked location, which is the best time to farm for Hydro Peil.
   

It is important to note that your regular expeditions won’t yield many Ludroths for you to farm, so make sure you visit there when there is an outbreak.
