Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a “Borderlands” game at the end of the day, no matter what. And just like Borderlands games, Wonderlands also has Legendary Weapons, Gear and Spells. These Legendaries are, in no way, easy to find. And, if you do not have any idea about where to look for them, you might end up wandering the huge open world of Wonderlands, aimlessly.
In this article, I am taking a look at the Dry’l’s Fury weapon in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Let’s check out what it is, and where you can farm for it.
Dry’l’s Fury – Description
Dry’l’s Fury is a Sniper of the Legendary or Orange Rarity in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. There are several variations of these Dry’l’s Fury weapons and the prefix and suffix of this weapon change depending upon the card that you get. It is a Stoker Weapon, and it comes in only the Fire Element. Since it is a fire type weapon it is highly effective against the flesh.
This Dry’l’s Fury is a pretty interesting weapon. By default, you will be able to aim down the sight and shoot your enemies or targets which is pretty normal and expected out of a sniper rifle. But it also has a secondary firing mode which can shoot a shock ball that moves slowly. You can aim down the sight and shoot the shock ball and that will cause it to explode. Even after exploding it won’t go away, you can shoot it five times to get five explosions. And every time you shoot the shock ball it will chain shock damage to a nearby enemy. So you can shoot the shock ball 5 times and connect 5 teslas to individual enemies. Don’t stay too close to the shock ball while shooting otherwise the explosion can hurt you.
This legendary Sniper is not that bad and the fire rate is pretty nice as well, when you hold down your fire button. This is one of the most powerful snipers in the game and I have been acing with it even without a sniper build. It is a pretty good weapon for crowd control.
How to get Dry’l’s Fury in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
To get this Dry’l’s Fury Legendary sniper you will first have to go to Dryl’s Gallery in Drowned Abyss. From there you have to go ahead and interact with the door as marked on the map. You would have to defeat the Cthulhu-like monster called Dry’l, Whose Heart is on Fire at Godswell. So that’s where we are headed for.
Once you come out of the fast travel, open the map and head to Dry’l’s Boudoir in The Godswell. Fast Travel to the location again to get into Godswell. Run straight towards the marked location as shown on the map to get the boss. The boss you will be fighting is Dry’l Whose Heart is on fire. This boss drops the Dry’l’s Fury Legendary sniper rifle when defeated.
As mentioned earlier, Dry’l is a monster who is mainly focused on ground melee attacks. His fist slams and attacks are extremely hard to dodge and can take down a large amount of health or armor away from you. You will also find some coiled enemies in case you need to have a death save. To take down Dry’l quickly just try to aim for the glowing part near his abdomen to deal Critical Damage. It is a slow fight so make sure you have enough patience when you are farming for the Dry’l’s Fury Sniper. Not every run guarantees a Dry’l’s Fury, but it is fairly easy to get if you are on higher levels.
