God of War Ragnarok is an action-adventure game developed by Santa Monica Studio and published by none other than Sony Interactive. It is a third-person fighting game that combines Hack n Slash and various puzzle elements.

This is the ninth installment in Sony’s God of War Series and the successor of the God War released in 2018. We have been playing the game since its launch, and we love it. For me, the God of War Ragnarok is easily one of the best games I have played this year.

The God of War Ragnarok Game is now available for PS4 and PS5 Consoles. Apart from the Standard Edition, there are other game editions, like the Collector’s Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, and the Jotnar Edition. We got ourselves the Deluxe Edition because it provides the best reward structure.

The Deluxe Edition Armor and Weapons include the Kratos Darkdale Armor Set, Atreus Darkdale Attire, a cosmetic item only, Darkdale Blades and Handles for the Blades of Chaos, and a Darkdale Axe Grip for the Leviathan Axe.

But the game doesn’t tell you if you have it unlocked, so this article will guide you on how to get or claim the Deluxe edition armor and weapons in God of War Ragnarok.

How to get Deluxe Edition Darkdale Armor and Weapons in GOW Ragnarok

Initially, you won’t be able to get the Darkdale Weapons and Armor during the first few moments of the game. You will have to first discover and unlock the region after playing God of War Ragnarok for at least an hour.

Follow these steps to unlock the Darkdale Armor and Weapon Rewards quickly.

1. Play God of War Ragnarok for an hour and complete the Surviving Fimbulwinter Mission, the game’s first chapter.
2. After completing it, you will have to pass through the different realms through the door until you discover Sindri’s House.
   
3. Inside Sindri’s House, you will come across Brok, a Dwarf Blacksmith who will always help you whenever you need new equipment upgrades.
4. Get into Sindri’s house and interact with Brok.
5. While interacting with Brok, you will receive a few upgrades for both Kratos and Atreus.
6. You will be able to get the upgrades from the loot chest just beside Brok.
7. Once you are done interacting with Brokk, step back a little, and you will have every Darkdale Items weapon unlocked.
   
8. Re-interact with Brok and go into each Weapon and Armour tab to ensure you have every Darkdale item unlocked.

Double-check if you have these Darkdale armours unlocked for Kratos and Atreus.

• Darkdale Plackart for Kratos
• Darkdale Arm Guards for Kratos
• Darkdale Waist Guard for Kratos
• Darkdale Attire for Atreus

You will also be able to unlock Darkdale Weapon upgrades like the

• Grip of Darkdale for Levianthan Axe
• Darkdale Handles for Blades of Chaos

To get the Darkdale Weapons and Armor sets, you won’t have to complete any specific set of challenges or special missions, but the issue is that the game won’t notify you that you have unlocked or claimed it.

It is easy to miss out if you are unaware of your inventory and what else gets unlocked as you progress further into the storyline.
