How to fix no content error in Multiversus

These are the suggestions that you can try out to fix content not available in Multiversus.

Check PSN Servers

Always check the Playstation Network servers whether they are down or not. A lot of the players on Reddit have said that the no-content error was caused mainly because a vast number of players were trying to log in to the game at once. If you see that the PSN Servers are down, wait for them to come back, or you can try logging in later. The Content not available error happens primarily because of PSN Server issues.

Check your Internet

Check if your internet connection is down. You can also try restarting your router or switching to a different network to see if the problem persists. Sometimes a faulty ethernet cable can cause internet disruption which leads to all these issues in Multiversus. So make sure your internet is working fine.

Reinstall the Game

Try a full uninstall and reinstallation of the Game to check if the problem still persists. Mostly reinstallation will fix the no-content issue.

Clear the Cache

To clear the cache of the console first shut down the console and unplug it from the power source. Plug it back after 3 minutes and reboot the console.

Force Download the Game

You can try force downloading the game and running it from the Playstation Library itself. This will help the PS Library to download missing files (if any) that got corrupted.

Restart the Console

Try Restarting your Playstation console and relaunch the game again and check if the problem went away

Raise a Support Ticket
