- To add your Scizor to your roster, you will have to trade again, and that is all.
Now, a lot of you might be wondering if it is possible to get a Scizor directly in wild instead of evolving it from Scyther. To that, I would like to say, my friend and I have already played Violet for more than 170 hours, and we haven’t spotted a single Scizor in the wild. I am not sure if the Scarlet version has the Pokemon available in the wild, but it is definitely not present in Violet.
