Wondering how to check your ping or enable fps counter in Halo Infinite PC? Don’t worry, we got you.
How to Check Ping and Enable FPS Counter in Halo Infinite
Having an idea about your ping or server latency, and the fps you are getting in games, is essential. Especially in Competitive titles like Halo Infinite. Because, your overall performance will depend on your server latency or ping you are getting. Being a good player won’t matter much, if your opponents are phasing in front of you, and couldn’t even get your shots to register properly. Also, how can we forget Nvidia’s iconic tagline, “Frames Win games.”
Anyway, Halo Infinite allows you to see your Ping, as well the fps at which the game is running on your system. Of course, you can use a third-party application for that. But why get something else, when the setting is literally in-built.
How to check ping or latency in Halo Infinite
The process is quite simple. Just because the feature is a bit hidden inside the confusing settings menu of Halo Infinite, people are having a tough time finding it. Here is how to do it:
- Launch Halo Infinite
- Press F1 or whatever your Settings Menu button is, to open the Settings Menu
- Click on Settings
- Go to the UI tab
- Scroll down, and you will notice the ‘Network Statistics’ setting
- Turn it on
And that is all you need to do. Start a match, and look in the top-right corner of your screen. You should be able to see your ping there
How to turn on FPS Counter in Halo Infinite
This process is also very simple. Here is what you need to:
- Launch Halo Infinite
- Press F1 or whatever your Settings Menu button is, to open the Settings Menu
- Click on Settings
- Go to the UI tab

- Turn it on
And that is all you need to do, to enable the fps counter in Halo Infinite
