How to beat Bjorn in God of War Ragnarok
Bjorn is a bear-like creature in GOW: Ragnarok. That is why it is called the “Bear Boss”. He’ll have a bunch of advances that are, in fairly put terms, unescapable.
You’ve got to avoid the claw-attacks and only attack yourself when you get a window to do so. You won’t have Atreus, additionally, you can only rely on a handful of abilities as it’s still relatively early in the game.
For starters, you’ll want to avoid getting close to this big bear. That’ll make sure that you avoid a bunch of his close-range attacks and some grabs that are unblockable.

You’ll get a hint as to when he’s planning to use this attack when the bear stands upright. He’ll start roaring, and you’ll see a red circle around him.
To avoid getting damaged in this situation, just roll over to either of your sides. Also, avoid being closer to walls. This can get you pinned down in some situations.
However, if you step backward while facing this attack, he might miss the physical slam, but the wave of energy can still damage you pretty good.
