Another error? Don’t worry; we at Frondtech have got you! Players playing Diablo 4 have been facing a bunch of errors. This could be due to the fact that the game’s still in its early stages. Almost all games, just as they get released, face a bunch of errors that get fixed with a subsequent update, but you have us! In this article by Frontech, we’ll be guiding you with how you could fix the Diablo 4 Error Code 395002. Keep reading!

The Error Code 395002 says- “Your Account is currently Locked. Please wait a few minutes and try again”. The first thing that you need to know is that your account is only locked for a few minutes, and you’ll be able to resume playing in a while. Further, this error occurs due to the server overload problem that the game is currently facing, and there’s a high chance that this problem isn’t from your end. Finally, this error has been reported to be quite repetitive. Hence, we’ve come up with a few potential fixes that might work for you. Here they are!

The error locks you out from accessing the game, this usually happens due to the server overload issue. What you can do initially is restart the game, from the very beginning, and re-login. There’s a chance that it could be a game-file issue, but we don’t know anything for sure as of right now. If this doesn’t work, here are some more things to try:

1. Restart the Battle.net launcher

We don’t think this is going to work as well as the other options we’ve mentioned below, but still, give it a shot, and it seemed to help a few players!

2. Restart your Internet router

If your internet is currently unstable or facing any other issues, the game might display the 395002 error. Restart your router once. This might just fix it for you!

3. Reset your Network Devices

This seems to be the issue with a lot of recent games. Try resetting your network devices, it’ll make sure that your internet is stable and working as it should!

If none of the above options work, one last thing you could do is just wait. This could be a problem from Blizzard’s end, as we’ve mentioned earlier. Hence, just keep yourself occupied for roughly 10–15 minutes and try to play the game again. You’ll be able to log in!

As of right now, we don’t really know how long it’s going to take for the developers to roll out an update that’ll fix the whole bunch of bugs and errors that the players are currently facing. One can only wait. But for the time being, we’ll try our best to help you fix the issues that you’re facing!
