- Start by spawning at Divalian Mists in Dreaming City

- Make your way towards the Spine Of Keres

- People normally take this path when they are trying to get to the Oracle Device. But instead of entering the Oracle Engine room you have to turn left

- Go all the way up the stairs and keep moving forward until to come by a huge arch

- Go to the northern edge of the arch and look down

- You will see that you can actually drop down from there. Take the drop and keep moving forward

- After a while you will finally reach the area where the chest is located
