Dauntless is now available for all the gaming platforms and you can download it completely free. If you are familiar with the Monster Hunter franchise then it won’t be much difficult for you to figure this game out.
But there are some aspects of Dauntless that are not directly visible and might appear confusing to a lot of people. For example, changing colors or skins of your weapons and armor. Here is how to change the color or skin of your armor, sword and other weapons in Dauntless:
How to change the color of armor in Dauntless
- Press Esc and open your Menu
- Click on Loadout. You can even press L to directly go to your loadout
- Now select the Armor piece that you want to Dye or change the color of
- Click on Dye & Transmog
- Now just select the Primary and Secondary color for your Armor piece
- Click on Apply
As of now, you cannot change color of you weapons in Dauntless, you can only apply or change skins. Here is how to apply or change weapon skins:
- Press Esc and open your Menu
- Click on Loadout. You can even press L to directly go to your loadout
- Now select the weapon that you want to Transmog or change the skin of
- Click on Transmog
- If you have any weapon skin then it will appear on the list under Cosmetic. Select the skin
- Click on Apply
You are good to go!
