How to Self-Revive in Black Ops Cold War Zombies
How to Self-Revive?
Black Ops Cold War Zombies has a lot of features and one of them is the ability to Self-Revive. A lot of people still don’t realize how important self-revive can be at times. It can literally save your entire squad from getting completely wiped out and failing the mission.
Now the question is how to self-revive? Well, in order to self-revive, you actually have to pick up a Self-Revive. You can get a Self-Revive from multiple sources inside Die Maschine. Here are all of them:
How to get a Self-Revive?
Crafting Table

This is most accessible way of getting a Self-Revive in Zombies. You use the Crafting Table and make yourself one. But there are two problems here. Firstly, the Self-Revive is actually a support item, which means you can only craft one using High-Grade Salvage (Blue). A single unit of Self-Revive is going to cost you 250 High-Grade Salvage, which in my opinion, is a lot. Secondly, you will be able to craft Self-Revives only after you reach level 54.
Megaton Zombies
You can get a Self-Revive as a random drop by eliminating Megatons. It is not the most convenient way as the drop rate is pretty low. Till date, I have managed to get a Self-Revive 3 or 4 times from Megatons. Normal Zombies can also drop Self-Revive, but they are insanely rare. And I wouldn’t count on that.
Dark Aether Crystals

Dark Aether Crystals in my opinion, have better chances of dropping Self-Revives when compared to Megatons. The good thing is, once you enter the Dark Aether, there plenty of crystals for you to break. The more you break the higher will be your chance of getting a Self-Revive.
There are some other ways of getting a Self-Revive as well. Like by doing Trials in the Control Room or by doing various Easter Eggs. But I wouldn’t necessarily count on them.
