In order to shoot bullets, you have to press your Left Mouse Button to the beat of music playing in the background. Otherwise your shooting will fail every time. This law applies to almost every single action in BPM. Jumping, Dashing, Shooting, etc., you have to do everything to the beat. You might find it difficult initially but you would get used to it soon.
