Plaguebearer BL3 – Wondering where you can farm for the Plaguebearer in Borderlands 3? Don’t worry we got you.
Borderlands 3 – How to get Plaguebearer
Plaguebearer – Weapon Description
Plaguebearer is a Rocket Launcher of the Legendary or Orange rarity in Borderlands 3. The weapon arrived in Borderlands 3 with the new Mayhem 2.0 update and right now it is one of the most powerful weapons in the game. The Mayhem 2.0 update has brought some really awesome weapons. The Yellowcake is another overpowered Rocket Launcher that we got from this update.
So what is so special about the Plaguebearer? Well, you can call the Plaguebearer, an upgraded Scourge. Just like the Scourge, this Rocket Launcher fires a single projectile that consumes 3 ammo. And that one projectile spawns more projectiles spiraling around it. The longer the rocket is in the air, the more rockets it will spawn and they all deal the same amount of damage.
But unlike the Scourge, the small projectiles home in towards enemies and deal very high damage while the main projectile moves straight at a slow speed. Overall the Plaguebearer has extremely high damage and it can also roll with different elements.
Lets take a look at the description of the Plaguebearer. The one shown here is called Stuffed Plaguebearer (Level 57):
- Manufacturer : Torgue
- Damage : 31476
- Accuracy : 71%
- Handling : 41%
- Reload Time : 4.0s
- Fire Rate : 0.55/s
- Magazine Size : 6
- Red Text : Glad you could make it.
Plaguebearer – Drop Location
The good thing about the Plaguebearer is that everyone who has the base Borderlands 3 game can farm for this. The Mayhem 2.0 update is a free update and you do not need and DLC or Season Pass to play it. With that being said, in order to get the Plaguebearer you can go and farm the boss called Warden. You can find the Warden at the Anvil on Eden-6. Here is the exact location of the Warden:
But one thing you have to remember, you have to be on Mayhem Level 6 or higher in order to farm for this weapon. So you have to farm the Warden at Mayhem Level 6 or more. Speaking about the drop rates, this weapon has an extremely low drop rate. So, consider yourself lucky if you manage to get one early.
