[Note: This fix has been suggested by users in the Steam Community. Players have already confirmed that this has solved the issues they were having. This is the only working fix at the moment and if this doesn’t work for you then you have no other option but to wait for a permanent fix from the developers]

  • Open ‘My Computer

Step #2

  • Click on ‘View‘ located on the top left corner

Step #3

  • Now just check the ‘File name extensions‘ box. The reason for doing this is you will have to change the extension of a file in this process

Step #4

  • Now open your notepad or just right click then select new then Text document

Step #5

  • Now the Save the file as “GraphicsConfig

  • Now just rename the file from ‘GraphicsConfig.txt’ to ‘GraphicsConfig.xml‘. You will get a prompt asking whether you want to change the extension of the file or not. Just select Yes

  • Copy the file and paste it here – C:\Users\*your username*\AppData\Roaming\Sekiro

Restart your PC once and you are good to go!
