Wondering how to find Elemental Skullgems, Clawgems and Tailgems? Here is how you can get them:

What are Skullgems, Clawgems and Tailgems In Dauntless?

Skullgems, Clawgems and Tailgems are resources in Dauntless that are used to craft weapons and gear. These are mainly used to craft rare weapons and armor and are all pretty rare drops. So do not expect to find them early game.

How to get elemental skullgem?

You can farm Elemental Skullgems by slaying Elemental behemoths unlike Neutral Skullgems that drop from Neutral behemoths only. Any Frost, Blaze, Shock, Terra, Radiant and Umbral Behmoth of 8+ Threat level would do. All you have to do is break the head of the behemoth within 2 minutes of fight. Just make sure that you choose behemoths that normally keep their heads at a level that is easily accessible. The Firebrand Charrogg would be perfect for this.

How to get elemental clawgem?

You can farm Elemental Clawgems as well by slaying Elemental behemoths. Any Frost, Blaze, Shock, Terra, Radiant and Umbral Behmoth of 8+ Threat level would do. This time you will have to go for the limbs or the legs of the behemoths and break them within 2 minutes of the fight. The Firebrand Charrogg and the Bloodfire Embermane are good options.

How to get elemental tailgem?

Elemental Tailgems too can be farmed from any Elemental behemoth. Again, Elemental Behemoths of 8+ Threat level would do the job. Just attack the tail of the behemoths and break them within 2 minutes of the combat. The Razorwing Kharabak, the Firebrand Charrogg and the Bloodfire Embermane should be perfect for this. You can go for the heroic ones as well.

You are good to go!

That’s all, folks!
